As a Company J Mac invests heavily in a directly employed workforce, employees at J Mac Scaffolding are directly employed with 100% CISRS qualified operatives, no operative gets through an induction to work on a site within a scaffolding team without this training.

J Mac understand that its most valuable assets are its employees, and all staff benefit from regular up to date training specific to their Job roles, J Mac’s management team encourage a strong focus on behavioural safety coaching and cultural change.

An Employees PPE is his last point of call on site, All J Mac staff must wear as a minimum Orange High Visibility Vest, Hard Hat, Safety Boots, Gloves, & Harness (if trained and competent in its use).

Discipline of the Staff although at the bottom of the Hierarchy of controls is still important in identifying new hazards on site, stopping a given Task until this is correctly assessed.
