J Mac Scaffolding was Employed as the Specialist Scaffolding Contractor by Stockton Borough Council and Facades NE to undertake the Erection and Dismantle of a a specialist Designed Scaffold to enable Sub Trades to repair the Listed Bridge, the scaffolding was Suspended from the wall using specialist ties and brackets.
J Mac worked closely with SBC, Historic England and Facades to formulate and agree a method of works that did not impact on this busy crossing or the local business located in Yarm during peak times.
A partial road closures was implemented during non-peak times and J Mac worked through the evening using Powered access platforms to to erect and dismantle the Scaffolding platform, with a Safety Boat overseeing works as part of the rescue plan when working over water.
